Dental Assistant Apprenticeship

Service Description

The DA Apprenticeship is a true hands-on, on-location training program. Instead of grades, papers, assignments and courses, the focus is on knowledge and skill mastery. The goal is competence in dental skills through practice, shadowing and coaching/mentoring. Apprentices will work along side experienced dental professionals. There are no course end or exam deadlines. Apprentices advance as quickly as they are motivated and achieve competence. The program calendar is flexible to allow for quick progress but the apprenticeship generally lasts between 10 and 14 weeks. Once all competencies are achieved, the goal is job placement and employment.
